Regulation on Public Holidays for National Annual Festivals and Memorial Days (2024 Revision)

(Issued by the Government Affairs Council on December 23, 1949, amended for the first time on September 18, 1999, in accordance with the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulation on Public Holidays for National Annual Festivals and Memorial Days; amended for the second time on December 14, 2007, in accordance with the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulation on Public Holidays for National Annual Festivals and Memorial Days; amended for the third time on December 11, 2013, in accordance with the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulation on Public Holidays for National Annual Festivals and Memorial Days; and amended for the fourth time on November 10, 2024, in accordance with the Decision of the State Council to Amend the Measures for Holidays on National Annual Festivals and Commemoration Days)

Article 1 This Regulation is formulated for the purpose of unifying the holidays for national annual festivals and Memorial days.
